When she's not hard at work, you'll find Ebony enjoying a refreshing beer and basking in the sun at the front of the Exeter.

Chloe Hegan
When not practicing yoga or cooking up a storm, you’ll find Chloe talking hair. Chloe joined the HBC team late in 2021 having previously held education and BDM roles across Australia and New Zealand.

Simone Wiseman
Simone is our guru behind the scenes, working from the HBC head office, Simone plays a critical role in the operation of Hair And Beauty Co, supporting our partners salons and our internal sales and education teams in addition to assisting in the operational management of our warehouse and inventory.
Simone is also involved in the planning and coordination of our many events. Like everyone within our team, Simone is a hairdresser first and foremost and has dedicated much of her life to working across various fields within our industry.

Phil Taylor
Phil’s been in the hair and beauty industry for 23 years. Originally as a hairdresser before moving in to brand management and business development, which in various roles has taken him across Australia/NZ, America, Europe, the UK and Asia.
Phil started Hair & Beauty Collective in 2017 as destination for salons to access world-leading brands and education, in addition to collaborating with each other and fostering a true local community.

Hannah Van Harskamp
Hannah is our marketing and graphic design lead, bringing over 12 years of creative experience from a wide range of industries. Her innovative approach infuses every aspect of the brand with a touch of magic. She is passionate about sustainability and incorporates eco-friendly practices into her design process. When she’s not immersed in her work, you’ll find Hannah playing with her kids at a playground with a strong long black (in a reusable travel cup of course!).

Maria has an impressive resume over 2 decades which has seen her work around the country & across previous education roles with major professional hair care & colour lines. Maria has a great work-ethic and desire to see people and salons reach their full potential. Maria is understanding of the challenges that come with running a successful salon, and with a keen eye for detail and great attentiveness, she’s going to be a fantastic asset for HBC and our partner salons.
